Count index entries matching a range or equality predicate.
IDX.COUNT name RANGE min max | EQ valueComplexity
O(log N + matched) per shard — NOT an O(1) counter and not a B-tree rank query; it counts the matched range
Complexity and compatibility are read out of kevy's implementation, not copied from Redis's reference. Several genuinely differ.
